Easily adapting to variable conditions and stop-start activities, this versatile and breathable insulated jacket performs whether you’re on foot, skis, or a breezy belay ledge.
Breathable, adaptable, and resilient, the Xenair Alpine Jacket is filled with PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Active+ to keep you warm and comfortable throughout a range of pursuits in changeable winter weather. The synthetic insulation is fast-drying in damp conditions, and body-mapped to effectively regulate your temperature and retain heat when you’re static. The result is a jacket which is perfect for layering up on a chilly belay ledge yet highly breathable during high-energy, stop-start activities.
The Xenair Alpine is prepared for any kind of ascent, with a two-way zip so you can wear it with a harness, and a helmet-compatible hood with a stiffened peak to shield your face from the elements. The hook and loop adjustable cuffs are compatible with gloves and help seal out spindrift. When you’re spending long periods with your arms overhead, the sleeves are articulated to prevent the jacket riding up, and the convenient hand and chest pockets are positioned for easy access mid-climb.
Built with Pertex® Quantum Air fabric to balance breathability and weather protection and finished with a fluorocarbon-free DWR, the Xenair Alpine Jacket thrives in winter conditions, whether you’re pushing for the summit or taking shelter at the top.
Sustainability. It’s complicated. We’re helping you to make informed choices by giving you the raw data. Clear. Concise. Honest. We pledge to be transparent, showing you how our products are made, from which materials and where.

How to measure.
Chest: Measure the full circumference of your chest just below your armpits.
Waist: Find the top of your hip and measure the full circumference around your body.
Arm length: Measure horizontally from the centre of your back, across the shoulder, over a naturally bent elbow and down to the wrist fold.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hip area.
While all our garments are sized to these measurements, you will find that the cut on jackets designed for use in more extreme environments will be slightly more generous in the expectation that these designs will be used with additional/thicker midlayers. If you plan on using a jacket like this with fewer layers beneath it, please keep this in mind when selecting your size.
All garments are designed and fitted to suit their intended end use. See below for a general description of our fit categories:
Regular: Neither slim nor loose. Regular fit items are the perfect balance of form fit and ease of movement.
Slim: A streamlined silhouette. Cut trim following the contours of the body. Expertly placed articulation of seams and the use of stretch fabric ensure maximum freedom of movement in these close-fitting items.
Relaxed: Our more generous fit. Cut loosely through the body allowing for ease of movement and additional layering.
Expedition: Designed specifically to accommodate the layering system and equipment required for high altitude and polar expeditions.
