Our Rab Promise is designed to bring you the longest and most rewarding experience possible from your jacket, sleeping bag, or pack. As the original owner, if your item should fail due to a manufacturing defect during its usable lifetime, we will step in and make it right – and if it falls outside of the warranty’s terms, don’t worry. You still get full access to the specialist expertise of our in-house Service Centre.
If your item is less than a year old, please contact the retailer you bought it from. They will have a procedure in place to ensure that your issue is quickly resolved.
If you purchased the item directly from us, or it has been over a year since you purchased the item from one of our retailers, please complete our Service Centre Request Form and we will come back to you swiftly with a resolution.
Need a spare part or have accidentally damaged an item and need a Repair? Please visit our Service Centre to see the options available.
Once you have submitted your request you will be sent an email which will include your ticket number.
If the Spare part or Repair you require is not listed, please then contact us using the Service Centre Request Form and we will see what we can offer, (please do check first, otherwise you may only be redirected back to the Service Centre)
Please do not send your item back to us without following the above Service Request. Any items received without a Rab Service Centre generated returns label will not be processed.
