Armed with 1000FP European goose down and a heat-reflective TILT lining, the Mythic G offers a ground-breaking warmth-to-weight ratio for ultralight adventures.
We recommend using this for:
The Mythic G is the next evolution of our award-winning Mythic family, offering featherlight, packable performance. With 1000FP down and a heat-reflective TILT lining, which reduces your radiant heat loss by up to 30% without a gram of extra weight, the jacket is incredibly warm. The lining is body-mapped to trap heat where you need it most and absent in hot spots for improved comfort, allowing the jacket to thrive on your fast-paced missions in freezing environments.
Its ultralight stitch-through construction reduces weight and bulk, while optimising breathability and freedom of movement with articulation through the sleeves. Seal out the cold on bitter summit transitions with the down-filled hood, which features a part-elasticated opening and a stiffened peak to protect you from the elements. The lightweight rear hem adjustment and part-elasticated cuffs ensure a close fit in bone-chilling winds, while two zipped pockets provide warmth for numb hands.
Finished with a fluorocarbon-free DWR and supplied with a lightweight stuff sack, the Mythic G compresses effortlessly in your pack, ready to deploy when the mercury drops.
How to measure.
Chest: Measure the full circumference of your chest just below your armpits.
Waist: Find the top of your hip and measure the full circumference around your body.
Arm length: Measure horizontally from the centre of your back, across the shoulder, over a naturally bent elbow and down to the wrist fold.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hip area.
While all our garments are sized to these measurements, you will find that the cut on jackets designed for use in more extreme environments will be slightly more generous in the expectation that these designs will be used with additional/thicker midlayers. If you plan on using a jacket like this with fewer layers beneath it, please keep this in mind when selecting your size.
All garments are designed and fitted to suit their intended end use. See below for a general description of our fit categories:
Regular: Neither slim nor loose. Regular fit items are the perfect balance of form fit and ease of movement.
Slim: A streamlined silhouette. Cut trim following the contours of the body. Expertly placed articulation of seams and the use of stretch fabric ensure maximum freedom of movement in these close-fitting items.
Relaxed: Our more generous fit. Cut loosely through the body allowing for ease of movement and additional layering.
Expedition: Designed specifically to accommodate the layering system and equipment required for high altitude and polar expeditions.
