A flexible layering system is key for fast-moving mountain ascents and fast-changing conditions. The Ascendor Light Hoody is a low-bulk and adaptable midlayer, keeping you warm when you need it and wicking sweat quickly. Stretchy and slim-fitting, it drops low over the back of your hips and fits comfortably under layers or a harness. Ideal for year-round climbing, alpinism, and mountaineering, or for any activity where free movement is the highest priority, it provides you with that extra layer of warmth in high winds or changing temperatures.
How to measure.
Chest: Measure the full circumference of your chest just below your armpits.
Waist: Find the top of your hip and measure the full circumference around your body.
Arm length: Measure horizontally from the centre of your back, across the shoulder, over a naturally bent elbow and down to the wrist fold.
While all our garments are sized to these measurements, you will find that the cut on jackets designed for use in more extreme environments will be slightly more generous in the expectation that these designs will be used with additional/thicker midlayers. If you plan on using a jacket like this with fewer layers beneath it, please keep this in mind when selecting your size.

Relaxed: Our more generous fit. Cut loosely through the body allowing for ease of movement and additional layering.
Expedition: Designed specifically to accommodate the layering system and equipment required for high altitude and polar expeditions.
