Designed with a regular fit, it is built from recycled 2.5L Pertex Shield® fabric. Lighter, softer and more malleable than a three-layer fabric, it offers exceptional comfort, as well as excellent breathability. The helmet-compatible hood with front and rear adjustment can be altered on the move or rolled down and secured in strong winds to prevent flapping. The large zipped A-line pockets are raised to keep clear of your pack straps or harness and a pair of AquaGuard® pit zips enable rapid ventilation.

Pertex® Shield delivers lightweight and packable protection whilst remaining highly breathable. Designed for intense mountain pursuits where weight and breathability are key, Pertex® Shield fabrics allow you to move fast and stay comfortable. The versatile 2, 2.5 and 3-layer constructions combine lightweight face fabrics with waterproof, windproof and breathable membranes. A durable water repellent (DWR) finish applied to the face fabric sheds rain and snow, which helps to maintain breathability.
How to measure.
Chest: Measure the full circumference of your chest just below your armpits.
Waist: Find the top of your hip and measure the full circumference around your body.
Arm length: Measure horizontally from the centre of your back, across the shoulder, over a naturally bent elbow and down to the wrist fold.
While all our garments are sized to these measurements, you will find that the cut on jackets designed for use in more extreme environments will be slightly more generous in the expectation that these designs will be used with additional/thicker midlayers. If you plan on using a jacket like this with fewer layers beneath it, please keep this in mind when selecting your size.
