Whether you’re on an icefall, skin track, or exposed rockface, the Ascendor Summit Hoody insulates, breathes and deflects windchill to keep you comfortable. It’s built with body-mapped fabrics to regulate your temperature, with a highly breathable and wicking PrimaLoft® Evolve lining positioned in the front and back, and wind-resistant Pertex® Quantum Air overlays on your chest, shoulders, and upper arms. Soft, gridded Thermic™ G has been placed in areas where you need minimum bulk and maximum mobility, such as the underarms, sides, and hood. The result is active insulation that adapts to any vertical mission, from winter climbing and alpinism to ski touring.
How to measure.
Chest: Measure the full circumference of your chest just below your armpits.
Waist: Find the top of your hip and measure the full circumference around your body.
Arm length: Measure horizontally from the centre of your back, across the shoulder, over a naturally bent elbow and down to the wrist fold.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hip area.
While all our garments are sized to these measurements, you will find that the cut on jackets designed for use in more extreme environments will be slightly more generous in the expectation that these designs will be used with additional/thicker midlayers. If you plan on using a jacket like this with fewer layers beneath it, please keep this in mind when selecting your size.

Regular: Neither slim nor loose. Regular fit items are the perfect balance of form fit and ease of movement.
Slim: A streamlined silhouette. Cut trim following the contours of the body. Expertly placed articulation of seams and the use of stretch fabric ensure maximum freedom of movement in these close-fitting items.
Relaxed: Our more generous fit. Cut loosely through the body allowing for ease of movement and additional layering.
Expedition: Designed specifically to accommodate the layering system and equipment required for high altitude and polar expeditions.
